I was a cubicle worker with a net worth in the red in 2013. I didn’t like my job and had no direction in life. I stumbled upon the F.I.R.E (Financial Independence Retire Early) movement and started to take a few little baby steps towards change. In 2023, I left that full-time cubicle job to slow travel the world for a while and figure out what would be next.
Quickly, it became clear that I wanted to help people by sharing my experience, knowledge and skills. What I missed from ‘work’ was collaborating with talented people to solve problems. Also, I hate seeing people struggle because of lack of financial literacy, lack of vision for a brighter future. Writing and coaching seemed like a natural fit for my skills, and would allow me to scratch my own personal itches of working with people, problem solving, and helping people.
